Woman stabbed outside Oshawa bar early Sunday

Durham Police investigators are looking for a suspect after a stabbing early Sunday morning in Oshawa.

On December 4 at about 2:30 am, members of Central East Division responded to an armed person call at a bar near Park Road South and Malaga Road. Information was received that a female had been stabbed.

Officers located a 19-year-old female with life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre, where she remains in critical condition. The suspects fled in a black pick-up truck prior to police arrival, said a statement.

Police are looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone that may have dashcam or cellphone footage.
