Durham Covid Update: 327 cases, one new death added

Durham Health yesterday added 327 new Covid-19 cases from April 10 to April 12, taking the region’s tally to 57,863 since the count began on February 29, 2020.

The total case count had stood at 50,241 in January, 53,117 in February and 56,061 in March.

Durham’s overall death toll stands at 470, with one new death being added.

March toll in the region stood at seven. Twenty-three people died from covid in February, and 31 in January.

 

Note: The data were extracted from the integrated Public Health Information System in the afternoon yesterday.
