Whitby: The deadline to complete the Durham Region Strategic Plan Community Survey has been extended to September 30.
Local community organizations, businesses and residents are invited to share their ideas and provide input about the future of Durham Region. The strategic plan will guide the region’s decision-making and allocation of resources over the next five years.

Why: The Durham Region Strategic Plan is a guiding document that will help identify priorities for Regional Council, while creating a framework for the organization’s service planning and delivery. The strategic plan allows the Region to define a set of common goals and prioritize those things that matter most to Durham residents.
