A commemorative Presto card is being released by Metrolinx to celebrate Toronto’s biggest summer tournament – the FIFA World Cup.
Available from June 4 onward, while supplies last, this limited-edition Presto card doubles as a collector’s item while functioning the same as a regular physical card.
Customers can purchase the commemorative card for $4 at select transit locations:
- Union Station (GO Transit, UP Express and TTC),
- Exhibition GO Station,
- UP Express Pearson and Bloor–Yonge TTC Subway Station.
Check Presto website to confirm availability. There will be signage on fare vending machines and ticket vending machines to confirm the cards are available before purchase.
To ensure as many customers as possible can get a limited-edition card, purchases are limited to one commemorative card per person.
