Help police find this thief who stole from cars

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) is asking for help from the public in identifying a thief who stole from cars parked in a Whitby area.

Police said between October 21 and October 22, in the early morning hours, a male suspect entered multiple vehicles on Capstan Court in Whitby. He stole a various amount of change, keys and a credit card. The male suspect then subsequently attended a drug store and used the stolen credit card to purchase items.

He is described as: Male, White, short brown hair, medium build, 20-25 years old, black zip up sweater with a red ‘Z’ on the arm and a red t shirt.
