Durham Police yesterday said a 43-year-old male is facing more than 200 charges in relation to multiple locker room thefts.
A different suspect faced 104 charges when arrested in May (see below).
On Wednesday, July 12, members of East Division Criminal Investigations Branch concluded an investigation into locker room thefts occurring at various community centres within Durham Region.
The suspect would enter the locker rooms, stealing the contents of the lockers, and use stolen credit and debit cards to purchase items, said a police statement.
The suspect from Oshawa is facing 207 charges, and was held for a bail hearing. Name and further details available at www.drps.ca.
