Naked man arrested outside tent near playground

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) officers have arrested a man following reports of an indecent act near a public park in Pickering.

On Monday, April 7, around 9:50 am, officers from West Division responded to a call in the area of Diefenbaker Court and Valley Farm Road. According to police, a witness saw a naked man standing outside a tent and committing an indecent act near a public playground. Officers arrived shortly after and arrested the suspect without incident.

No physical injuries were reported in either incident.

A 37-year-old male from Pickering was charged and held for a bail hearing. Name and further details available at www.drps.ca.
