Curbs on Caleb, Clark and Elgin streets
Durham Region is advising residents of lane restrictions on Caleb Street, Clark Street and Elgin Street in the Township of Scugog.
These were scheduled to start on August 17 and are projected to last until December 15. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule, the region said.
Lane restrictions will take place on the following streets in Port Perry, Scugog:
- Caleb Street from Scugog Street to Queen Street.
- Clark Street from Caleb Street to Crandell Street.
- Elgin Street from Ella Street to Crandell Street.
These are needed to safely complete watermain replacements.
The region said it realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
