Armed robbers hit Bellagio Jewellers in Oshawa Centre

Armed robbers struck at a jewellery store in Oshawa,  Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) said yesterday.

“Police are looking for several suspects after an armed robbery at Bellagio Jewellers inside the Oshawa Centre,” said a police tweet.

“No physical injuries reported. Call was at 6:30 pm. More info to follow when it becomes available,” it added.

No mention was made of how much jewellery was stolen or how many suspects were involved.

No further details were released till late last night.
