Man, woman face charges over revolver, ammo

Durham Police said a male and a female are facing numerous charges after a revolver and ammunition was seized from them.

On Wednesday, December 14, members from the DRPS Gun and Gangs Unit concluded an investigation, which resulted in two suspects being arrested. The suspects were arrested in the area of Park Road South and Gibb Street in Oshawa. Police seized a revolver and ammunition.

Investigators then executed a search warrant at a residence on Radisson Avenue in Oshawa and seized further ammunition, said a police statement.

Both suspects are from Oshawa. The man was held for a bail hearing, while the woman was released on an undertaking. Names and further details available at www.drps.ca.
