Quadball National Championship opens today in Oshawa

The City of Oshawa said it is ready to welcome hundreds of visitors this weekend as the Quadball National Championship tournament brings athletes, organizers and volunteers, to the Civic Recreation Complex at 99 Thornton Road South.

Quadball Canada, previously known as Quidditch Canada, has a history with Sport Durham and the City of Oshawa. The city hosted the Eastern Regional Championships in 2017, 2018 and most recently in 2022.

Cheer on the athletes at the Oshawa Civic Fieldhouse on March 16 and 17 for free, said a city statement.
