Uxbridge home may have been mistakenly targeted by shooter

Durham Police said no injuries have been reported after shots were fired at a home in Uxbridge.

Durham Regional Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at a home on Deer Ridge Road on Saturday, November 30, at about 4:10 am.

While no injuries were reported, police believe the home may have been targeted mistakenly. This incident follows a similar shooting in the same area earlier in the month. Shell casings were recovered at both scenes.

The motive behind both incidents remains under investigation, police said.
