Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday released a video of the pursuit and seizure of a stolen car.
The incident took place on May 13 along King and Silver streets in Bowmanville at around 6:45 pm.
Police said members of the DRPS East Division responded to a stolen vehicle call. Air1 also responded and spotted the vehicle on Queen and Liberty streets. Patrol cars were safely able to block the vehicle.
A 26-year old man from Clarington is charged with theft of motor vehicle. He was released on an undertaking.
